but unless technology has improved these devices are easily bypassed just by having someone else breathe into the tube. what man can invent can be circumvented. the best solution to drunk driving is loss of license...forever...and mandatory jail time, say 2-4 years...more if injuries occur and life if a death results. I made far too many middle of the night telephone calls to family advising them to get down to the local hospital after a crash.
