Oh, and having it demand you blow into a tube every 20-30 minutes can be unsanitary. We have a nanny state as it is, and the intrusive **** isn't helping much.
All though I think some form of technology will come to stop dui. It will have to be without blowing into anything. All though I love technology I also don't like the nanny state. But if they can figure away to keep people from driving drunk that is totally passive I am all for it. Blowing into something every 29 minutes or so ain't gonna cut it. JMHO
