Technology To Save Lives. How Much Would You Squawk

You can't legislate morality or a sense of right and wrong. It must be taught. Maybe a law that says you can't be a lousy parent would work.

I think the government should take all the welfare money and pay a parent or grandparent to stay home until their kid is 12 years old. It would go a long way in solving this county's issues.
