Since you work for the company perhaps you can learn from one customer's experience. Years ago I tried one of these Pur faucet mount units. It was made of cheap plastic and soon leaked. Replacing the filter without breaking the unit was also about impossible. I returned it and got a replacement.....twice. Since then I have used a Brita jug and filter.
