Testing a converter?
How can I test a convert without pulling it? Thinking disconnect house battery while plugged into shore power and using a multimeter on the + & - but AC or DC what to set the meter on.

Hooked up the battery charger, and still hooked to shore power and the lights are a lot brighter...like normal. I'm guessing converter is bad again. Maybe way the AC won't worth too.
