I know about load support. It is not "voltage support". The Magnum can be "forced" to do voltage support by turning down the input amperage. But it does not "like" it. Mine caught on fire.
I use load support whenever I have a 15 amp shore power feed.
I have used it with my Yahama 3000 sIEB inverter generator setting it at 23 amps.
