Testing the new to me NON MPPT 20 amp Charge controller

I ordered this on Amazon, it came from China. While it is stated that it is MPPT, I bought it with only the intentions of running it in it's PWM mode. What I have found it that this unit pretty muc...

Will try to find that out for you, but the sun is not exactly that high in the sky in the middle of November at 34* N, and I need a good, clear, cloud free, day, no sirius clouds, to test under. Let you know when I know more. Need to get a low battery first also... a 22w tv doesn't suck much right now, to drop the charge.
