For someone so smart, why are you asking? To come on here, have attitude because you are having a bad day, and abuse volunteers that might want to help you... is poor form.
Might be time for you to pay for professional help, with that kind of response. Let someone that knows what they are doing deal with it, in a professional manner. Most of us get paid handsomely to put up with what your needs are.
