I would like to add that so far, CPE has been more than fair with me. I have had two 2000i's for about 17 months (Warranty is only 1 year parts and labor, 2 years parts only). They have never really run my 13.5k AC consistently. They would run it for awhile, but then the next time I tried it, they would trip. I added a hard start cap, but that only helped a little bit and they still fail occasionally. I use them at the cabin and they work flawlessly there, so I wasn't that worked up about the issue. (9-10 hours of quiet run time with the lights and TV going is nice) Well, I finally got around to calling them and wanted to find out if they could swap out my modules with the updated ones. They not only are going to swap out the modules, but are also going to put an upgraded stator on each of them as well. In addition, they paid for shipping from WI to CA and back. They also had me include the parallel kit in the shipment so they could make sure that was up to snuff.
I will update this once I get them back and let everyone know how it works after the upgrades.
