Regarding the customer service, I bought the last display unit and it didn't have any of the normally included accessories. I called CPE and they shipped out the little battery charger cable to me and the guy was very happy to chat about the few questions I had.
If you have not noticed, Champion does not advertise their product in magazines, newspapers or otherwise. They do know that the best advertising is a happy camper and continue to try and improve their product support as a result.
Like any company that is not a monopoly, dissatisfied customers and poor product support invariably lead to their failure.
