To answer your question, yes.
But, the potential problem lies with distributed load and parallel wire gauge. When power is pulled from the "combiner" each generator provides an equal load and currents in the combiner attachment wires are also equal. On the other hand, let's say you have a 30 amp TT plug in the combiner and then decide to add a conventional outlet device to the 20 amp rated duplex outlet in one of the generators. It will work and you most likely will not have any problems - serious ones anyway. But, the current load between the two generators will no longer be distributed evenly between the two generators and attachment wiring.
Just something to think about :h
