Yea, it does take up a lot of space. I actually took it with us with a previous generation camper. Don't do that any more. The one PrivatePilot showed is a lot more compact. :D We had a pick-up with a cap and pulled a 31 foot Prowler. What you see in the back of the PU is a 1400 watt Kawasaki sitting in the right corner that would run the previously shown big battery charger to recharge three group 27 batteries inside the plywood box on the left with a 1200 watt inverter sitting on top which has an extension cord that goes to the camper. I also used it to fast charge the two golf cart batteries on the A frame of the camper. The "thing" in the front is a 50 gallon fresh water tank that I used to transfer potable water to the camper. It was big - but it all worked pretty good :B
