Ok Professor, it's a deal - tell you what - before you re-run your tests how about we swap 2000i's so that you can do them with the Stock inverter modules to fully appreciate that "twisting in the wind" sensation that some of us are feeling whom the manufacturer didn't take care of via special case customer support handling.:(
You have given me an idea.
I have an original V.20 module that was in the very first batch of 2000i units sitting on the shelf in my shop. Why don't I pop the original V.20 in one of my units and compare it to the latest V.21 as re-flashed by SuperGen Products? It would be interesting to see what improvement might have been made.
I did not know you were rejected by CPE as part of their former(?) module upgrade offer (now denied by their techs as there was one - ever), SuperGen is still offering program updates of the V.21 modules free of charge. I got mine just before leaving for after-labor-day vacation and have not completed the swap. I'll know more next week when I get back in the shop. On the subject of the software upgrade for V.21 modules - doesn't it make you wonder how SuperGen has come to have the software, programmer and link that the company Tech's say does not exist? I mean, to repeat the message with their alleged reply - they are the manufacturer and should know :h
