Your comment on what modules you may have is not one I had previously thought of. I guess that is a possibility. As you probably noted, Randall's video shows his unit working as mine does. I will repeat some side-by-side tests with an original module and an updated one, which I have never done. Perhaps that will give us some idea as to what is going on. If that proves to be the difference I WILL see that you get an updated module for your Dad's CPE2000i - even if I have to send you mine.
