AFAIK the black one is the only one that has the 12V outlet and USB charger adapter. I have only seen the black ones at Costco and on a once-in-while only basis. I will gladly give the specific model # if you like. It's late, dark and tired out tonight though. The units run flawlessly in synch and the only hitch so far is that B lackie seems to surge a bit now and then.
