I'm considering some form of inverter/generator and was thinking it might be better to go for 30 lb propane tanks on the travel trailer or to add a 3rd 20 lb tank and then run the generator from that. I'm also hoping that if the generator never has gasoline it it that I can carry it in the back of the tow vehicle (Diesel Excursion) without worries about fuel odors.
Shut the gas valve off and run the gas out of the carburetor and close the vent. I've carried mine in my Expedition without issue.
