OK, let's forget about the propane question. My biggest issue was hauling around the generator and that's a non issue if it can go in the TV. I can find a place for gas cans.
I want to be able to run a 13.5K BTU ac unit. I can get used but very good condition paralleled 2000i generators or a new larger 3100 watt for about the same price.
It seems like the paralleled 2000i would provide more power and flexibility. Is there something special about the new 3100 unit that I should consider when comparing to paralleled 2000 watt units?
