You are correct about the voltage drop.
I don't see why this discussion is even in this thread about the generator. The issue would have existed with any generator or even any power source. It wasn't the generator's fault.
I don't think you are reading through the post(s). This is to report results back on how the generator runs, not to discuss any issue. I expected the results, just letting others know what to expect. At this altitude there's roughly a 24 percent power loss of the engine.
