So you found the extra 250ms from 150-400 on the old to new inverter board made the difference for you on the inrush current?


Yes.
Take the skill saw, plug it in to the generator and see if it will attempt to start the saw. If it overloads immediately without even turning the blade, then you have a 250ms module. you should be able to feather the trigger and start the saw. Mine will start without feathering.
