Yes.
Take the skill saw, plug it in to the generator and see if it will attempt to start the saw. If it overloads immediately without even turning the blade, then you have a 250ms module. you should be able to feather the trigger and start the saw. Mine will start without feathering.
I tried starting the skill saw (14A) and it overloads almost right away. I can get the saw to spin a little without overload but once it really gets going almost instant overload.
Tried my 2HP air compressor as well and that goes out instantly. Hardly sounds like the compressor tried.
