The Old Fake Vent Trick Repair

Well you sure can't miss that,it draws the eye like a bee to honey.I would have removed the exterior light and used a long screwdriver or something similar to reach in and ease/push the aluminum siding out as far as possible,similar to the dent removable system on vehicles.Maybe I am just too picky.I have seen the vent used before but this style that high up just seems a little too much.Sorry if I sound too critical,don't mean to be.
