We had one of those. Solenoid flipping a switch instead of using a relay. Recognized the Chrysler resistor right away. DC output must've been dirty because the Fridge was wired to the Battery so its DC was being filtered. Charger section had an auto-reset breaker for overload. If it overloaded it'd finally burn the breaker out. If the breaker didn't open or burn out, the charger would boil the battery. Disconnected the charger part and used a separate charger.
