When Oropeza was designing voltage regulators before Wetherill Associates International got their dirty mitts on the company, Transpo came out with the "911" series of voltage regulator. They have a massive 100-amp rated MOSFET power transistor and a 20-amp switching transistor. For ambulances. The 911-02 comes with a remote mounted pot.
