Thermistor for Dometic RM 2510

Hi RV.net Forumites! We have an older Dometic refrigerator in our Motorhome. It cools like a CHAMP. Cools too much, in fact. Even on the minimum setting (Electrical), it freezes everything so...

Seems it has thermostat and/or the thermistor is built in with the thermostat. or maybe not--
