3-1/2 yr old aqua toilet flush pedal pops off. I put it back on and two flushes it pops off. This is the model with the flush pedal on the right side. The pivot point is about 3/4" and the pedal fits inside the frame on the bowl. Two small detent rings hold it together. I see no wear but it won't hold. Anyone have this problem and fixed it. Camperland says replace the toilet. Thanks
Followup. In another forum someone had trouble with the spring staying in. Removed and manually stopped the flush by lifting the pedal. I did the same and seems to work. We are traveling so I'm not messing with it. I looked at the spring and to me the spring is not bent enough so it pushes the pedal off. When at home I will try to over bend it. Hopefully without breaking it. See how that works.
Yeah we had the same problem. Couldn't fix it either. Ended up replacing the toilet.
