Things in our RV Fridge are Frozen This Morning?????

We are wintering in south TX (50 degrees this a.m.) and we just noticed that things in our Fridge our partially frozen this morning! Anybody else have this happen? Possible cause?? Of course there is ...

When that happened to us we replaced the thermistor. About $25.00 part. Easy to plug in.
