Things in our RV Fridge are Frozen This Morning?????

We are wintering in south TX (50 degrees this a.m.) and we just noticed that things in our Fridge our partially frozen this morning! Anybody else have this happen? Possible cause?? Of course there is ...

We are still struggling with this as moving the Thermistor on the fin has not helped. The temp in the fridge is around 30/29 degrees! We have a Dometic Model 2652. We will try the Thermistor repair kit recommended herein. A dead truck battery earlier this week and now this :(
