This is a frig Issue I suspect Electrical Problem

Last fall the outside recepticle and bathroom recepticle were dead and GFI tripped. Diconnected outside plug. GFI tripped. Replaced GFI, it tripped. Removed gfi, outside plug tests correct, no more ba...

Yes, the refrigerator PC board runs on 12 VDC. Doesn't matter if you are trying to run on propane or 120 VAC.

Suspect with the generator running the converter is providing the 12 VDC.

So, start by verifying 12 VDC to the back/outside of the refrigerator.
