There are many magical ways to set up roof top panels for maximum output. Involving checking the internet for diagrams that show what angle is best for what region. As you move south, the angle changes. So if you're traveling N-S you only have to adjust them every few days rather than daily. Or less if you're traveling E-W.
Than some have added rods, through the ceiling *gasp*, that are adjusted as you move south and park W-E on all that beautiful free government land. They allow dropping the panels down flat as you travel too. I use to have links but lost them over the years. If the crank handle of the antenna can go through the ceiling and still be waterproof, no reason solar panel adjustments couldn't.
