Hi jadatis,
The rear axle was not over loaded--but the tires themselves were. The driver's rear was 12% overloaded. Never the less, they went 107,000 kilometers and were 9.5 years old.
That was why I went to different wheels and to the 235/85R16 configuration.
I will move the generator over to the passenger's side. It is on a rack at the back of the RV which goes into the trailer hitch receiver. The weights in the original post were with it favoring the drivers side a bit.
