I'm curious, what chassis do you have and what are your individual front and rear axle GAWR's?
Our E-450 is rated at 14,500 with 5,000 on the front and 9,500 on the rear. Our's was engineered about 300 lbs heavier on the rear than Fords recommendations. I should have about a 1,000 lbs left to work with on the rear, but only have 700 lbs - and we have a lot of overhang!!
