I truly don't know--but I asked the Ford Heavy truck folks and they responded that I was ok.
Did yours come with air bags?
I've moved the generator as far to the passenger's side as I can now. That may even things up a little bit.
I suppose I could get "creative" and put the generator at the front. But snaking a cord up there would be a pain, since I use the genny more when moving than standing still (at least so far).
