Yes, the old tires were load range E. The new ones can be up to F with additional pressure--but the wheels would (probably) prevent that.
I'll talk to my cousin about putting a receiver and rack on the front of the RV. I'm not really sure I want to do that.
I'm extremely pleased with the new tires--and they are saving me about 1 liter per 100 kilometers of travel. Cost for the wheels was about $1600. I don't count the tire cost as the old ones were toast.
