Tire to Wheel well clearance
Need to gain about 1" more clearance. Would adding a leaf to the springs be a realistic fix? Montana 5er. Already on top of axles. Maybe a 1" spacer of some sort between spring and axle. ...

More info on post. Trailer not near to max. wt. Only 10,000 mi. or less so I don't think springs are flattened. Possibly only assembled to minimum clearance at build. Tires have hit top of wheel well,probably only on big bumps. CRE3000 unit. Someone mentioned bigger equalizer, more info on that please. Talked with Dexter tech today, he advised against a spacer between axle and spring. Will question about longer shackles. Thanks, more suggestions welcomed.
