Toilet leaking at base when water heater is on

Hey, So after turning on the water heater for about an hour, my toilet starts slowly leaking where the floor and toilet meet. I see that there are only two nuts holding the toilet to the floor and ...

You may want to check the water lines and make sure hot water isn't going to the toilet.
Someone could have hooked it up wrong, even if it's a new RV.
