I have heard nothing but good about the Atwood Australian built units- my fear is that they will be discontinued in the US. I don't have anything other than past track record to back this up, but because Dometic now owns Atwood, it raises some questions.

If the OP is looking for a long lived unit, both Coleman (RVP) and DuoTherm (Dometic) have commercial units, built somewhat heavier for commercial use. The Coleman is the Roughneck, the DuoTherm is the Commercial Grade Brisk Air.
