The sun came out today so I took out a 5 gallon water jug to the trailer. I was able to get approx. 6-1/2 jugs of water down the kitchen sink. So discounting a bit of water in the sink and water in the drain piping between the sink & tank, it works out to be a 32 gallon gray tank.
That means then that the bathroom gray tank should be at least 28 gallons, not 20 gallons as per the Ameri-Kart sticker (model HT292) on the tank. But Ameri-Kart does not appear to make a 28 gallon tank in the same dimension as their 32 gallon HT293 model.
The 2104 factory brochure lists 60 gallons total but the same later Spree models list it as 64 gallons. Two 32 gallon gray tanks and a 32 gallon black tank would make sense.
This is an original factory error. Five years later would we have any luck with the factory? Or would our Canadian dealer be liable? They don't sell KZ RVs anymore tho. I added a couple of pics of the tank labels and a pic of the work in progress in the CG.
Man, we've had nothing but trouble with KZ from day one and would never buy another from them.
