Check with a Truck frame and alignment shop. Ask there opinion.
On our old dolly, something was bent and it had a 3/4" tow in, wore the tires out in about 3000 miles. Took it to a local frame/alignment shop and problem was fixed (no parts replaced) for less than $100.

Just googled Truck Frame Shops Leesburg Fl . Can't personally recommend them, but its a place to start.
Yes our dolly was in line between big rigs.
