Just as another tip, we bought our RV from a couple in Wildwood FL, near Leesburg. Happened to come with a dolly. They got their tires and brake service at Sumter Tire in Wildwood. Their dolly was a Stehl-Tow.
I doubt Sumter Tire could repair your dolly, but maybe. What I'm hoping is they might have a suggestion for who could. I was only there a couple times, and I didn't buy anything, but I can definitely say they were helpful.
