no, the alloy rims on my Outback are 15" rated at 2830lbs in the 6 lug configuration. Don't recall the mfg, but I checked once and they showed about 6 different alloy wheel styles with the 2830lb rating.
However if yours are 5 lug, different story. I've only seen alloy wheels in 15" with 6lugs rated to 2830. the 5 lugs I saw were all rated for a LR D tire.
