I'm not exactly sure which Track Bar Joe's coach calls for. Some operate on the assumption that enough U-Bolt length sticks through the bottom plate that the axle mount for the track bar can go over the ends and still room for nuts to hold it in place. Another bar that I looked at on-line came with U-Bolts but I couldn't tell if they were to add the bracket separately or to replace the originals with longer ones.
The spring pack itself should have a Center Bolt through all the leaves. Those bolts have a head that's meant to center the axle in a bracket. Some mechanics recommend new U-Bolts if you've taken the old ones out.
