Are there any track bars out there that will hook up some other place other than the u bolts for a 92 p30 chassis.

I would be careful about what anybody said about the job. Verify it for yourself. Look under the coach at the springs and the axle. If the spring is on top of the axle you should be good. But, if the spring is under the axle you will need to block up the frame before you loosen the u-bolts.
Better yet, take a picture of the axle and spring and we can tell you if you have to worry about it.
