Op here. Just saved $250. You have to remove the 6 screws holding the back on. Take a utility knife and cut around the edges to free up the sealant they used. I took the cover off the contractor and found a washer jamed between the contacts. One that had come off the screws that came loose. Put it back together and seems to be working fine now. JB welded the contactor to the case so that won't be coming loose again.
