I think the odor may be caused by people not using the RV single ply toilet paper. A lot of people are using just regular septic safe paper. That may cause your tanks to smell like a septic tank. Maybe using the RV toilet paper would eliminate the septic smell and give your tanks that new RV arouma. :)
