Upwind is mahhveloss. Downwind ain't so hot. The worst of everything is to park downwind of a dump station. Umdoubtedly looks great at first because there aren't any nearby rigs.

Find somone sick and catch a cold. Then you can park next to a vat of Kim Chee and have the perfect excuse to have a few slugs of whisky before falling out of bed in the morning.

Some people honestly believe their stuff doesn't stink.
The reality - the people down wind when your dumping don't agree.

Friend I have never had a need to use black tank chemicals. We are well vented and so should the dump station be. If anything seems folks are over using chemicals as more than one station here in Oregon has closed due to high levels of furmaldahide traced to dump station tanks. If you have a smell in the RV probley a leak allowing vapors inside the RV. I am not understanding your anger about this.
