Sure adds up...But in my opinion, your quote they have some labor packed into the job. For example: on the flushes that amount would include the fluids I would assume. You didn't say that you wanted to do it yourself, so I'm not going there. On my 5.4 (the V-10's little brother) I had about $600 in parts and new fluids for just about everything you mention. Except brakes, Mine were a mess and had to buy new disks, which added up. And believe it or not, my brake problem I was able to get help right on here on this forum.
But I also changed out the belt and belt tensioner and new u-joints that you don't mention.
When you get done you'll be good for another 100,000 miles.
