Trojan T-105

From what I have seen the price is not bad. There is always a cheaper price some where, but in your case free shipping is a big plus. Be sure to turn in the old batteries at the same time.

I paid around $350 for a pair but did not have a trade ins which will run up the price.

That seems expensive for buying in the USA. You can get equivalent batteries at Costco or Sams for just over half that, as reported on this forum.

Note that Interstate 6s are now made by Trojan with the same 225AH, and Costco or Sams are reportedly selling those. (Previously Interstate 6s were 232AH so be sure you get 225s to get the Trojan version.)

Sam's club has had a couple of sales on GC2 batteries. Are they Trojans, no, but at $90 each, a much better value. they should have a 1 day sale in the next month or so, and that's when the GC2 batteries go on sale.

Apparently they are made by Deka. My group 24 that I have now is a Duracell from Sam's and has held up well for 3 years now and has been superior to the previous Interstate battery I had.

Do you or anyone else have experience with this particular Duracell GC2 battery? As I would not be opposed to buying these either. I just need more AH for boondocking overnight at rest stops etc. while traveling from park to park.

I have GC-15s and am happy with them

I'm happy with my T125s and they have 20 more amps.

I’ve also had good luck with sams GC2 but while working in industry Trojan was all we ran. They suggest a daily charge of 14.8 volts. Do you have the ability to do 14.8 and equalize if needed? I charge my sams at 14.8 and eq as needed.

This is an issue ! Trojan charging characteristics are just a little higher than everyone else in the industry. It is difficult to find a charger that meets the Trojan recommendations.
