If I had to do it over, I would forego the flow-through and just get the regular sensors. The flow-through restricts air so much that it takes forever to add just a couple psi. If you have to add, say 5-7 psi to a 16" tire, you will be at it for quite a long time. I now take off the sensors if I have to add as little as 5 psi.
