If one is DOING THE WIRING, isn't it fair to assume that there's no electrical power inside the rig??? This not to mention that when you're on your hands and knees with your head inside a cabinet whatever corded trouble light you've dragged in behind you is probably blocked by your body.
There are two electricians in my family circle, and I can tell you that BOTH of them carry a flashlight at all times for just such circumstances.
