If the RV next door is getting a bunch of channels, going to tvfool.com isn't going to prove anything. It's your antenna.
I picked up this little $40 RCA indoor/outdoor antenna at Walmart. Looks like a shark fin. Stuck it on a piece of pipe and bungee corded it to one of my camper jacks. Picked up 36 channels where I was last weekend.
